ii) The major activities of the Alumni association includes
1 Honouring outstanding personalities of the college
2 Honouring and encouraging rank holders in University examinations
3 Giving financial assistance to backward students.
4 Providing facilities for health care and education to needy students.
5 Organizing seminars, lectures and camps for the benefit of students. Helping management in organizing International Seminars, National Media Conferences etc.
During the year 2005-06 they honored rank holders in the university examinations. In 2006-07 they conducted a seminar on the topic ‘How to overcome examination fear’ by Dr. K. S. David and honor rank holders in the university examination.
iii) The college has a crowd of alumni members renowned nationally and internationally in various fields such as science, technology, literature, art, management, politics and sports. The most renowned alumni members are

iv) Since its inception alumni has made its presence strongly felt in the campus. Financial aim for higher studies, scholarships to bright students,honouring rank holders etc. are amoung the ventures undertaken by the association with the meaning ful participation and support of the former students the association has undertaken needy and worthy projects such as organising international seminars etc. in the campus thereby promoting the glory of almamater.The Golden Jubilee celebrations of the college were a grand success due to the full-fledged co-operation of the association also. They have honored the retired teachers in ‘Guruvandanam’.
